Chief is still being assessed!
Chief is a very handsome, special young man. He is a big, black, 9 year old gentle dog and he is very happy lounging around and snoozing and he is quite a calm dog.
He would be a possible first greyhound, but also good for someone who already knows hounds and wants to offer an ‘oldie’ a special home.
Chief is an old man who takes life in his stride, nothing is too exciting or overwhelming its just always ok with a guy like Chief. He is a lazy boy but does still enjoy lots of walks and cuddles. You wouldn’t think he was 9 this year as no dilly dallying yet.
As Chief is a little older we would recommend that he would be better homed with older children 8+, so he can truly enjoy his retirement and quiet time.
Chief is chilled and loves his walks and travels really well and he likes to be around people. He is looking for a special loving home where someone will give him unconditional love to help his confidence.
Chief is a very clean dog and will be virtually house trained and he has such a lovely temperament, he really is looking for a special forever home.
He has been alone whilst with trainer but is currently living with a girl at our kennels.
Chief won’t be cat friendly.
If you would like to meet Chief he is resident at Greyhound Trust East Midlands and Nottingham, Sutton on Trent, Newark, Notts NG23 6QR, visit the kennels or give us a call on 01636 822032 e mail firstname.lastname@example.org
